Roto Elzett Certa Kft is the dominant company in the economy of the municipality, but there are also 180 small and medium sized individual enterprises. The settlement is well served by public institutions and other services. The public institutions have been renovated to a high standard in the previous years and also to save energy. The council attaches importance to the promotion of competitive and mass sports.The Service and Cultural Centre plays a key role in the municipality and is the venue for many high-quality events.
